What is Hydrorelease?
Chronic shoulder stiffness and lower back pain are frequently caused by fascial adhesion — the connective tissue wrapping your muscles becomes wrinkled and stuck to neighbouring structures, restricting blood flow and movement (think of a bicycle chain seized with rust).
Hydrorelease uses ultrasound guidance to inject a small volume of saline directly into the adhesion site. The water pressure physically separates the stuck fascial layers, restoring normal gliding, blood flow and mobility — without surgery or significant downtime.
Shoulder Botox — Preventing Re-adhesion
When the trapezius or surrounding muscles are chronically overtightened, fascia re-adheres quickly after hydrorelease. An optional ultrasound-guided Botox injection into the shoulder muscle relaxes the tension for 3–4 months, giving the fascia time to heal and preventing the cycle from restarting.

How far is the clinic from Zenkoji Temple?
Approximately 5 minutes by taxi — fare is typically under ¥1,000. Free large parking is available on site for those travelling by car. From Nagano Station, the journey is also around 5 minutes by taxi.
Is there an acupuncture or osteopathy clinic for sore muscles and travel fatigue?
Yes — there is an acupuncture and osteopathy clinic within the same building. If you have tired shoulders, back pain, or general body fatigue from travel, please ask us. It is a wonderful complement to your beauty treatment visit.
Can I receive multiple treatments in one visit?
Yes, in many cases. For example, HEALITE can be combined with PicoSure or PRP on the same visit. Please let us know your interests when you enquire and we will suggest an efficient and safe combination tailored to your schedule.

What exactly is PRP therapy?
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) uses a small amount of your own blood, which is centrifuged to concentrate the platelet-rich layer, then injected back into your skin. Is PRP safe? Are there risks of allergic reactions?
Because PRP uses your own blood, the risk of allergic reaction or rejection is extremely low. Mild redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site may occur and typically resolves within a few days. All risks will be explained clearly in English during your consultation.
Is there downtime after PRP?
There may be mild redness or slight swelling immediately after treatment, which usually subsides within 24–48 hours. Make-up can be applied the following day. Is there downtime after PicoSure?
PicoSure is a low-downtime treatment. For spot treatments, you may experience mild redness for a few hours — no protective tape is required and make-up can be applied the same day. For full-face treatments, some temporary redness or slight darkening of treated spots may occur for a few days. Avoiding direct sun exposure for 1–2 weeks after treatment is important.
Can I go sightseeing after PicoSure?
